1. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been officially secured.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment.
Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the session but will not be refunded in cases of cancellation, rescheduling beyond the allowed limit, failure to attend the appointment, or if the client decides not to proceed with the session.
Deposits will only be refunded if the appointment is canceled by Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC.
If an appointment is canceled and not rescheduled within 90 days, a new deposit will be required to book a future session.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients may reschedule up to two times.
Additional changes will result in the loss of the deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment or arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment, loss of the deposit, and refusal of future services.
Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
5. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods include cash and major credit/debit cards.
By completing a booking and paying a deposit, the client agrees not to dispute or charge back the payment through their bank or credit card provider without first contacting Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC to resolve the matter.
6. Design & Artwork
Minor design adjustments can be made on the day of the appointment.
Significant design changes may require rescheduling and could result in the need for a new deposit.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Design Interpretation & Tattoo Variations
Tattoo designs may require adjustments to fit the body properly.
The final tattoo may vary from the original design or reference images due to placement, skin type, body movement, and necessary artistic interpretation during the tattooing process.
8. Age & Health
Clients must be at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued ID is required.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
If you have health concerns, please consult your physician prior to your appointment.
9. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after the tattoo session.
Improper aftercare may affect healing and final results.
Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
10. Healing Variations
Individual healing results may vary depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC cannot guarantee how a tattoo will heal and is not responsible for variations in healed appearance that occur during the natural healing process.
11. Session Pricing
Tattoo appointments are booked as sessions rather than fixed hourly rates.
Sessions are scheduled within a limited working window and include preparation, stencil placement, tattooing, short breaks, photography, bandaging, and aftercare instructions.
Because every tattoo varies depending on placement, skin condition, and level of detail, the progress made during a session may vary.
The session rate applies to the reserved appointment and is not based on the amount of work completed or the length of the session.
12. Session Duration & Artist Discretion
Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC reserves the right to end a session at any time if continuing would negatively affect the quality of the tattoo, the condition of the skin, or the client's well-being.
In such cases, the session rate remains applicable to the reserved appointment regardless of the session's duration.
13. Project Scope & Multiple Sessions
Large-scale tattoos and complex designs may require multiple sessions to complete.
The number of sessions required to complete a tattoo project is only an estimate provided as a guideline and cannot be guaranteed.
Additional sessions may be necessary depending on the complexity of the design, skin response, placement, and healing.
Clients are responsible for the cost of all sessions required to complete the tattoo.
If a client does not schedule a follow-up session within 12 months, the project may be considered inactive. Future sessions may require a new consultation and will be subject to current availability and pricing.
14. Photography
Finished tattoos may be photographed for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the appointment.
15. Liability
Tattoos are permanent. By proceeding, you accept any and all risks associated with services provided by Robin Spitschan / Enjoy Life Tattoo LLC, including but not limited to skin reactions, allergic reactions, or other health-related complications.
16. Acceptance
By booking or attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
